RETURNS POLICY

          1. We will refund 100% of the cost of the item for damaged items..
          2. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.

If you receive a damaged or broken item or one of its components, we know how irritating this can be.Some of the damages usually occur during transportation.Please email us with pictures of the damage as soon as you receive the item.If a replacement is not available then we will issue a refund.

    2. For heavy items e.g furniture we will contact you and organise for items to be collected by courier to be returned to the warehouse.Please do not send heavy items to the above address.

    1. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 7 days from the dates of receipt.
    2. Please note that the credit is always applied back to the card you used when you made your original purchase.Therefore there may be a few days while the banks process your refunds before you see this transaction reflected in your statement.
